Watford can end a three-game losing run on their travels with a victory at Huddersfield this afternoon and Houston Rockets can continue their dominance over Utah Jazz in the NBA playoffs.
Watford slipped to a 1-0 defeat at home to Arsenal after being reduced to 10 men last time out and can get their bid for a seventh-place finish back on track with a facile win at Huddersfield this afternoon.
The FA Cup finalists will be without key man Troy Deeney due to suspension, but they should still have enough quality to claim a convincing win and beat a one-goal handicap.
Javi Gracia‘s men have lost their last three on the road but all of those losses have come against sides in the top six. Watford haven’t lost an away game against a team from outside the top six since January, and have suffered only one defeat at a team in the bottom half of the table all season.
Huddersfield are already relegated and have lost both of their games since their drop was confirmed. The Terriers have lost 20 of their last 22 across all competitions and look to be heading for another loss when Watford visit.
Houston lead Utah Jazz 2-0 and the Rockets can move closer to a place in the next round by winning the first game of their play-off series in Salt Lake City.
Utah were strong at home during the regular season with a 29-12 record, but Houston appear to have stepped up a gear now the postseason has started and they also won on their last trip to the Vivint Smart Home Arena back in February.
The Rockets beat the Jazz by 32 points in Game 1 and by 20 in their second meeting, and can continue their dominance now the series has switched to Utah as they bid for a place in the Western Conference semi-finals.
