Blues must lay down Euro marker

The pressure is mounting on Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri and the Italian can’t afford another lacklustre performance in their Europa League encounter against Malmo on Thursday.

Chelsea -1.5 Asian Handicap FT @ 10/13

The Blues had to battle for a 2-1 win in Sweden in the first leg and they will be determined to press home their advantage at Stamford Bridge.

After a 2-0 defeat to Manchester United last time out, Chelsea will be eager to give their fans something to cheer about and Sarri needs a performance to try and win some of the supporters back.

The Blues should have too much quality and a place in the last 16 of the Europa League awaits.

Valencia to win @ 20/33

Celtic continue to lead the way in Scottish football but the Hoops still struggle to bridge the gap when it comes to European competitions.

Thursday’s opponents Valencia showed their class in Glasgow to take a 2-0 advantage back to Spain and there was little from that first encounter to suggest Celtic can turn things around on the road.

This should be another straightforward win for Los Che, who have the potential to go far in this competition if they continue to defend in the cool and composed manner they did in Glasgow.

Arsenal -2.5 Asian Handicap FT @ 23/20

Arsenal were given a bit of a shock on their travels to BATE Borisov in the first leg but they should have learned plenty about their opponents for the return fixture.

Unai Emery’s side must overturn a 1-0 deficit but Arsenal will take heart from BATE’s last trip to the Emirates, which was not a pleasant experience for the Belarusian champions.

The Gunners ran out 6-0 victors in north London that day and they should have more than enough quality to get the result they need to progress.

One man they will have to do without is the suspended Alexandre Lacazette and with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang set to start, he is 2.85 to score first.
