BVB can get back on track at Nurnberg

Borussia Dortmund have had a tough few weeks as they are out of the German cup, their lead in the Bundesliga has been cut to two points and their Champions League hopes look over after a big defeat at Spurs.

BVB head to Nurnberg this evening and this could be an ideal time to face the league’s bottom club as they bid to get back to winning ways.

Dortmund -1 @ 11/10

Barring something incredible in Europe, the league looks to be Dortmund’s only chance of silverware now and despite being winless in four across all competitions they should have far too much quality for Nurnberg.

The hosts have picked up just two points from the last 30 available and went down 2-0 at fellow strugglers Hannover last time out.

BVB blew a 3-0 lead against Hoffenheim in their last league outing but won’t make the same mistake again and can beat a -1 handicap at the Max-Morlock-Stadion, even if injury doubts Marco Reus and Paco Alcacer do miss out.

Manchester United over 1.5 total team goals @ 9/5

Manchester United head to Chelsea in the FA Cup and we may well see a few goals in this contest.

This looks to be a match that could go either way but United can grab a few goals even if they fail to secure a win. Chelsea’s defence has shown weaknesses of late and they have managed just two clean sheets in their last nine games – and those shut-outs came against Premier League relegation candidates Huddersfield and Championship club Sheffield Wednesday earlier in the cup.

United drew a blank against PSG last time out and manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will demand a reaction, so the 9/5 on at least two goals for the visitors looks good value in this match-up.
