City can end Chelsea challenge

Manchester City head to Chelsea in one of two late Premier League kick offs today and Pep Guardiola’s men can claim a win and turn the title battle into a three-horse race.

Man City to win and both teams to score @ 11/5

Chelsea will be 13 points adrift should City win and with nearly half the season gone that will almost certainly be too big of a gap to recover.

The hosts have hit a rough patch in form and slumped to a disappointing 2-1 loss at Wolves in midweek.

City appear practically unstoppable with 10 wins in their last 11 games in all competitions. The champions are unbeaten on their travels and have been strong defensively with six clean sheets in their last 10 away games.

However, they have conceded three goals in their last two road trips and despite Chelsea’s obvious need for a new striker they’ve been in good scoring form.

The London club should be able to find a way through but City can outscore them and an away win with both teams to score looks the best bet in this match-up.

A 3-1 win for City stands out at 14/1 and Leroy Sane appeals as an anytime scorer at 9/4.

Dallas Mavericks @ 23/20

Dallas entertain Houston in the NBA tonight and the Mavericks can add to the Rockets’ struggles.

Last season Houston took Golden State Warriors to seven games in the Conference Finals and almost certainly would have claimed the Championship had they managed to win the series but this year they are seemingly facing a fight to even be involved in the playoffs.

The Mavs are nothing particularly special, but their home form has been exceptional with a record of 10-2 and at odds against look great value in this one.
