Leicester host Stoke in the Premier League’s early kick-off on Saturday and this one has home win written all over it.
There are a few games in Europe tonight but nothing has really caught my eye.
In Germany, Wolfsburg have undergone a managerial change this week and you never know how that will affect a team as they travel to Mainz.
The Foxes have won four of their last five at the King Power Stadium in all competitions and have only been beaten four times at home in the Premier League all season, with only one of those losses coming against a side not currently in the top four.
In contrast, Stoke have managed just three wins in their last 15 Premier League games and those victories have all come against sides currently in the bottom five, so this trip to eighth-placed Leicester could be a step too far for the Potters.
The hosts are 20/27 to claim all three points and that is a decent price – all things considered – if you’re putting together an accumulator although we can do a bit better in this Premier League clash.
My top bet is the 9/5 on a Leicester win to zero given Claude Puel’s men have managed four clean sheets in their last five home games and Stoke have failed to score in three of their last six away games.
