City to storm past Baggies

Manchester City look set to continue their recent strong form when they welcome out-of-sorts West Brom on Tuesday.

The Citizens have not lost in their last six in the Premier League and a win would all but secure their place in the top four after a rollercoaster campaign.

West Brom have endured a strange season and despite winning only one of their last 10, still sit eighth, albeit a full 16 points behind Everton above them.

Following a fast start and a mixed middle, City seem to be finishing well and are the 2/15 favourites to get a result on Tuesday in their final home game.

They also have a magnificent record against the Baggies, winning the last 10 meetings between the pair in all competitions.

Having only recently come back from injury, Pep Guardiola may look to rest Gabriel Jesus after Saturday’s win over Leicester and Sergio Aguero is 43/20 to score the opening goal.

City have been winning at both half time and full time in seven of their last eight matches against West Brom in all competitions and that outcome is 5/11.

The Baggies have seemingly been on the beach in recent weeks and have won only one of their last 10 in the league.

They played well against Chelsea on Friday but their lack of cutting edge led to a 1-0 win and boss Tony Pulis has admitted that his side are struggling with fatigue.

A shock away win is 22/1, with the draw 15/2 but to get a result they will need to find the net, something that looks unlikely having failed to score in six of their last seven.

A home win to zero looks a likely outcome at 20/29 and it appears hard to look past Guardiola’s men against a tired Baggies side, with a 3-0 victory a decent 23/4.
